How to install fresh mac os x snow leopard..?

i downloaded and burn a mac os x for pc, and i want to install it to my new another pc, and when i encode the command "-v cpus=1 busratio=20" and after that instead in going to the welcome screnn, it automatically shut down,, what did i do wrong?
