Should I take this up with corporate?..Rude restaurant behavior?...?

Is marinara sauce always w/o meat. Im pretty sure I have had it w/meat in it. What you need to do is specify I am a vegitarian or vegan and ask the waitress to write it on your order so the cook is certain of why you want meatless .In your question you never said you specified meatless anything.
