Do you suspect that the prosecutorial misconduct was deliberate to save Ted Stevens from being punished?
The case was dismissed as a result of that misconduct. Do you think that prosecutors would leave themselves so vulnerable to ethics charges unless they were instructed to help spare Stevens the embarrment of going to jail?
