What wouli desparately need to have my schizophrenic sister commited but i cant in the stated you like to ask?

my sister has bipolar and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. she hears things and see things. she says she hears voices on the radio. she recently purposely broke her radio by puching it with a chair and curssing at the radio cuz she says the voice in the radio was messing with her. one time my mom was taking her to the hospital and my sister didnt wanna go she pysically ulted my mom. you know know how bad i wanted to beat up my sister for that but icouldnt cuz i was 7 months pregnant at the time. several times she throws herself on the ground and starts crying hysterically. she does that in the shower as well. shes a threat to my family and to herself as well! i dont know what to do cuz in the state of louisiana, they say that no one cant make her be commited to a mental hospital cuz she over the age of 21, unless shes homicidal. i dont wanna wait til she hurts someone! and the help that shes getting from her psychologists aint worth ****! when we try to tell her social worker and the psychologist about how shes getting worse, my sister wont let us go to them and argues with us!and when we do get a chance to tell them, all they do is give her medicine and she only takes it when she feels like it! they dont give a **** how worse shes getting! she curses at my mom, she steals money from my mom. she has nervous breakdowns and panic attacks. she gets illusional and delusional.she did the same thing what britney spears did.....shave her hair off!!!!! and she also shaved her eyebrows off completely! shes a crazy mess! look at andrea yates! that ***** who killed her kids! i dont want my sister to be that *****! but what im afraid is that she might hurt someone and even herself! no one is there to dicipline her and make her take her medication! i dont know what to do! but something must be done A.S.A.P!!!!!!!
