I like your list, especially number 10. You are quite correct about this bailout being like a casino. I grew up in Las Vegas, and casinos don't get rich giving money away. They are all set up to take yours, and let you have fun while they do it. I think number 13 should be a confiory income tax on anyone in charge of any corporation that has to be "rescued" by the US government.
