Civil Emergency in Michigan?

I live in Genesee County and was just woke up by the emergency alert system saying a civil emergency is in effect and cannot find any info on what it is-- News channels dont have anything on it, and it is their most searched subjects on their website. Admittedly im kinda creeped out by it.
