Permanent immunity to Mollus contagiosum?

Several months ago I got infected with Mollus contagiosum and if FINALLY seems to be gone (I hope)! For those who know what this infection is, or had it in the past, can you get it again in your lifetime from a new infection or is your body permanently immune to it?
