My mother has been diagnosed with stomach cancer ?

treatment options are chemo and radio therapy . The doctors are meeting on Wednesday to discuss her treatment my mum is 60 yrs old and looks really well how can she have cancer .Why is life so unfair ? We do not know what stage the cancer is but i figure stage 1 or 2 is easier to cure what is the life expectancy of a person with small intestine cancer . Mum has had pains on and off since Christmas but everything she eats is flowing along normally . My Dad ped away 6 years ago with bowel cancer and i cant believe it is happening again .
