Should i go back?? :'(?

Hi everyone..my name is Jon..I'm in a long distance relationship with this amazing girl.we live in different states and i'm on the east of the US and she's in the middle of the US..I took a trip there to be with her..i'm staying in her parents house with her..i'm 19, she's 17..on sunday is my plane back..but i dont want to go..here's the thing..i signed up for cles at a community college..if i stay here, i'll have to wait a semester and then take cles at the community college here...everyone back home told me i should come home..i havent told my parents yet..they are strict and italian so they would hate that deicision..i was planning on coming back and staying 6-7 months from now..but i remember last time i visited the pain in my heart hurt soo much..The other day i was crying and had chest pains and hyperventilated..after about 10 minutes my gf came home from bball practice to find me on my knees in the bathroom holding my chest bc my chest pains hurt a lot from the pain in my heart when i thought about how my plane back is coming up soon..what should i do?? :'(
