Office problem.....help me?

Is he really a backstabber? Or is he the office "whipping boy"? I worked in an office where the boss hated one person and we were not to like him or stick up for him. If you cannot escape the situation, look for another job. I did and was happy that my integrity won out. I did not like it when everyone is against one person and if you don;t think the same, you are also on the **** list. Sounds like a toxic workplace. While you still work there, just keep things professional and do not talk too much personal business. It can get very stressful though.
