B&B: anyone else enjoy watching stephanie make her speech to eric?

Stephanie is my girl and I'm just so very happy that she faced those two snakes head on and even took a seat too!! Good for her! After her speech, I was like: Let the games begin!! As Stephanie always says, Eric is and always will be WEAK! Why didn't he fire Rick, who is causing more disharmony in the company and showed much less loyalty to his "family" when he sold out the designs to Nick! Go Stephanie!! Honey bear my @ss!!
